Where Does the Money Go?
The MAC budget was passed at the last MAC/PTA meeting and it is posted on the website at denalischool.org.
Income
So far this year, MAC has raised a total of $8822 from Innisbrook, $2570 from the Fall Fund Drive and $500 from the BP Fabric of America Fund for a total of $11,892. Thank you!
Expenses
MAC has spent $220 to fund the Boys’ Council Curriculum for Ms. Banta’s program and $2500 as partial reimbursement for Ms. Grogan’s Montessori 6-9 certification tuition. She is attending the Montessori Institute of the Pacific Northwest in Washington during the summers.
Materials
The materials ordering process is underway. Currently, materials from Julie Ayala’s classroom are being distributed. The teachers are being asked to update their classroom inventories and to rank the top ten materials they would like purchased this year. MAC will then order materials from the classroom inventories as prioritized by the teachers.
